Sometimes we are so used to our website that we don’t see its flaws. “It has always been like this”, we think. But a new client has no patience. If something doesn’t work, doesn’t load, or isn’t understood, they go to the competition in a matter of seconds.
I offer a free audit because I trust that, when you see the problems explained clearly, you will want to solve them.
Why automatic tools are not enough?
Many business owners run their website through tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or automatic SEO analyzers. These tools are useful, but they have a limit: they don’t understand human behavior.
A robot can tell you that your image is too heavy, but it cannot tell you that:
- Your “Contact” button is invisible on a mobile with a small screen.
- The text of your main offer is confusing and doesn’t motivate action.
- The contact form has too many fields and people give up before sending it.
My audit combines technical data with common sense and UX (User Experience) expertise.
The “Silent Killers” of your Conversion
During my audits, I usually find recurring problems that are costing companies money without them realizing it:
1. Slow loading on mobile networks
Your website may load fast on your office fiber optic, but what happens when a client tries to open it with 4G on the subway? If it takes more than 3 seconds, you have lost that client.
2. Broken or complex forms
I have seen websites where the contact form didn’t even send the email, or gave a silent error. Other times, they ask for ID, postal address, and maiden name for a simple query. Every extra field reduces your contacts by 50%.
3. Hidden contact information
Phone and email should always be visible, preferably in the header. It is frustrating to have to play hide and seek to be able to give you money.
